Members of The Phillips Collection receive a 10% discount on all purchases, excluding sale items, and "member specials" are frequently featured on this site. If you wish to become a member, click the Join Now button on the homepage of the website.
We ship via UPS Ground within the continental United States, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 days. (Please note that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box.) Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or international destinations are best arranged by phone. Sales tax of 5.75% is included on all orders shipped to addresses in the District of Columbia.
As part of our commitment to customer service, we guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If your order does not arrive safely or is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you. We accept customer returns in salable condition within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by your sales receipt. Earrings, unwrapped CDs and DVDs may not be returned. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please include your telephone number, your e-mail address, and reason for your dissatisfaction when you return a product. This will help us to make future improvements.
